The Enagic business model is a hybrid of direct sales, continuity through sales channels, and corporate profit sharing. This is a brief explanation of the Enagic Compensation plan that pays by POINTS. There is power and magic in this explosive compensation plan.
Direct Sales
Direct Sales means high commissions paid immediately.
The exciting “power” feature of this compensation plan is your promotion based on the number of your own direct sales and your group sales. Your rank and the amount of money you make go up as indicated on the number of points – 1A, 2A, 3A, up to 6A. The “A” stands for “agent”. The number preceding the “A” is the number of points that you earn on your sales.

The concept of Promotion is the key in this direct sales compensation plan. If you have bought large quantities from a warehouse like Costco, Walmart or Sam’s Club, the more you buy the more discounts you get. In the table above, you see that when you sell more of the products directly as you accumulate more customers, your commission goes higher – just like you get promoted in the corporate ladder and you get paid more.
What this means is that you will not have to rely on other people to make a decent income from this system. This is truly a direct sales program where professional sales people can look forward to.
Continuity with Sales Distribution Channels
Each sale has a potential to open up a sales distribution channel. This is done when your satisfied customer decides to become a distributor himself or herself. All that needs is a W-9 form and your customer is now in business. The “magic” feature of this plan is the overrides. The commission override is a very common incentive in most corporate sales forces hat are paid based on commission or performance. When a salesperson makes a sale, the people up the corporate ladder make overrides, which is either a percentage or a fixed dollar value for each sale. That means the sales supervisor, the sales manager, the sales director, and the sales vice-president, get compensated for the salesperson’s production.
What this means to you is that as a team builder, you will get paid more! You can be digging for “diamonds” in this program and get paid more as you will learn from this video. You will see a form of residual in this system.
Please also note that although this video mentions “levels”, do not be mislead by the term because this compensation plan is NOT multi-level but a multi-POINT system. Enagic pays 8 points for every sale beginning from where the sale is made and upward. You will be paid based on the remaining POINTS from where the sale is made. This means that the commissions are paid from the bottom up and eventually the levels do not really matter because what counts is what remains of the 8 points.
